Description: Many companies have annual sales meetings where various employees are recognized for their achievements and contributions. A humorous video tailored to a specific industry is a great way to launch or conclude these events.

These two "commercials" were produced for a fuel oil delivery company. At their company’s annual holiday event, the President for the company announced that they had just completed production on two new television spots, one for the Customer Service division and the other for the Sales division. He told the employees that he would like to premiere both spots during the dinner and elicit the group’s reaction.

While these videos depict customers in a humorous light, the satirical element emphasizes the effort that the company employees exhibit in providing great customer service. Each video ends by demonstrating respect and patience for the customer.
