After our initial meeting, and once the creative concept has begun to emerge, we will give you a proposal outlining what will be done, how, and when. We will also give you a range of what it all will cost. We typically specify a range of costs since clients often wish to expand on their concepts as a project progresses. Every production is unique, and there are always many ways to achieve a given goal. Our experience has taught us to maintain flexibility from the very start. Once everyone agrees on the proposal and a budget, we will submit a written agreement for your signature. The agreement will specify what we will do for you. It will also include the payment schedule, which is typically one third on signing, and the balance 30 days after satisfactory completion.
